Clemson Tigers Inspired Wedding (Columbia, SC)

From the  Bride: Inspiration behind the wedding theme:

“My favorite color is purple and I’ve always known I wanted a fall wedding. And it just so turns out that Joe is the biggest Clemson fan ever. At first, I was not too thrilled on the idea of having Clemson purple and orange as my wedding colors. But once I spoke with my designer, Antwon Gleaton of The AG Affect, he assured me that he could pull it off with a twist! And he definitely delivered!! Joe and I compromised on having more of a fall purple vs the true Clemson color. The ceremony decor was beautiful with purple draping accented with purple and orange flowers with a pop of greenery. The reception was designed with gold linen, purple, orange and green florals, purple uplighting, and lots of candles. Everything came together perfectly, including our cakes!

My husband had a few surprises of his own… I had no idea he had his suit customized to include Clemson lining until after we were announced Mr. & Mrs. Thompson!

I never envisioned having a Clemson themed wedding but once it all came together, I couldn’t have been happier! I was so amazed at how beautifully it all turned out and my husband and I will forever have these memories of our unique Wedding!
