Woodsy Fall Engagement Session (Raleigh, NC)
The proposal as told by the bride to be, Stephanie: November 19th, 2016…. Stanley took me to North Hills to get ice cream from Ben and Jerry’s. This is the same place as our second date and I later find out that Stanley was trying to recreate that moment. A Christmas event was going on at the time, so it was a lot going on at that time. We found a bench to sit at and we talked, listened to carolers, ate our ice cream, and enjoyed the scenery. I was cold and wanted to put my hand in his jacket to get warm because I didn’t bring mine. I was disappointed that he wouldn’t let me get warm. I later found out the ring box was in the pocket I wanted to put my hands in and he was trying to prevent me from ruining his surprise. After about 40 minutes or so Stanley says, “I only brought you out here for one reason”, and pulls out the engagement ring and asks me to marry him!! I was smiling from ear to ear. A crowd stopped to see his proposal and I ecstatically said yes and hugged and kissed him!
