Stylish Courthouse Elopement in Kansas City (Missouri)
If any couple proves that opposites attract, it’s these two – with Amber a fireball of energy and extroversion and Larry her laid-back, quieter sidekick. They were on the same page, though, when it came to keeping their wedding simple by eloping. But this was no typical elopement! Because when the bride is an attorney who has a connection to a judge, a ceremony in a federal courthouse becomes a possibility. This made for a truly unique and beautiful setting (not to mention some one-of-a-kind bridal portraits showcasing City Hall through floor-to-ceiling windows!). And although she wanted a simple event, the bride didn’t skimp on her details and delighted in ones such as her bouquet from Studio Dan Meiners and her Betsey Johnson Johnson heels (which served as her “something blue”). Following the ceremony, the couple celebrated their start to married life with some bride-and-groom portraits at Union Station.
