Elegant Wedding in Provencal house taken by a Film Photographer (France)
As told by Sarah Stefani: In 2017, Sarah, Laëtitia and Laëtitia Caroline met for a wedding: they are all 3 wedding professionals and have collaborated to support many couples of Lovers. Sarah is a photographer, Laëtitia is a Florist, and Laëtitia Caroline is a Wedding Planner.
They are all passionate, always 100% invested in everything they undertake with enthusiasm and benevolence. They had the idea to organize a styled shoot last September by bringing together all they like all 3: Film photography.
Sarah has been passionate about photography for many years, and newly about the film! She explains It requires taking time, to reflect well on her photo upstream. She loves it for its bright style thanks to the details it keeps in the highlights, its textures which stand out more, for the softness of the grain, for its sometimes imperfect, more natural side. So it is naturally with the film that she wanted to capture these beautiful images.
Laëtitia Caroline fell in love with a sublime area of the French Riviera: the Bastide du Roy. This sumptuous building dates from the end of the 16th century. In particular, it belonged to Henri IV, then more recently to the famous fashion designer Jeanne Lanvin or Mick Jagger.
It’s a country house with a big history where the magic works as soon as you open the doors! Divina, the owner welcomes us and makes us visit the place and transports us out of time …
They embark on this project of shooting with elegance and romance, thanks to the help of Laëtitia, a florist, also passionate for more than 20 years: each of the flowers she works was chosen with meticulousness and nothing is left to chance. The pastel shades of flowers and creations have been imagined to match the sublime French and Spanish gardens of the Bastide du Roy.
They bring together Cris-Lou and Matthieu as models for this beautiful day and it is dressed in sumptuous outfits that they let themselves be guided by the whole team to capture all the moments imagined for weeks.
But we also wanted to give a slightly different dimension to this shoot since we also dressed the bride of the day with a sublime flowery skirt that took the designer florist several hours of work. She wanted it simple, natural, elegant by mixing the tulle with the white phalaenopsis orchid and the white hydrangea, which are prestigious flowers, playing with a foliage work that foreshadowed the legs and feet of the bride. The goal: to get closer to nature in the beautiful olive garden, all in voluptuousness with this very airy molded skirt tailored to our beautiful bride. We have accentuated the nature side by making it move barefoot in the sumptuous gardens of the Bastide.
The wedding table was created around noble materials, linen, and silk, with pretty pastel colors for a sublime late summer wedding. The handwritten calligraphy of the invitations and the table stationery reflect the refinement that we wanted in our decor of the day. 18th-century tableware and chairs bring a real touch of elegance and history to this sumptuous setting.
This sublime shooting was possible thanks to our many partners who we wish to thank very sincerely for their trust and their collaboration: let’s not forget that it is always a question of beautiful teamwork!
We took great pleasure in working on these images, designing each detail with care and a lot of passion. We hope you will enjoy the result and that it will hold your attention for an upcoming publication.
