Client Questionnaire
Q1: Let’s start at the beginning. How did you two first meet?
A1: We met at the Westroads Mall near the Scooter’s Coffee kiosk. While Janique was waiting in line, Kayne approached her and they held a conversation, exchanged numbers…. and the rest is history.
Q2: What makes your relationship special? Tell us some things that you both value in your time together. (example: pushing each other to new limits, love to travel, huge comic book fans, foodies, etc.) What makes your relationship unique?
A2: We have a lot in common: we love crime documentaries and movies, we love sports, we love to travel and try new foods, we love Miami, and we love one another. We encourage each other to step outside of our comfort zones whether it is applying for a new job or trying a new workout- we always want to see each other move to the next level.
Q3: How did you know your partner was the one? When did you first know this in your relationship? (these may often be the same moment, but aren’t always)
A3: Kayne knew after the first date. We both shared what we wanted in a relationship and we had a common goal. Janique knew after Kayne met her family about a month later. He is very personable and his interactions with them felt like he had known them forever.
Q4: Give us all the details about the proposal. How and where did it happen? Was it a surprise? What was the planning process?
A4: Our proposal was not traditional. At one point, we mutually decided that we wanted to get married, Janique went to Zales to pick out her own engagement ring and wedding band, and then we picked a date.
Q5: We’re all about the bling… Tell us all about that ring!
A5: Well since you asked…. it is a white gold, Vera Wang, double halo, split band engagement ring with her signature sapphires. I have a wedding band on each side of the engagement ring.
Q6: Are you excited to start planning your wedding day? Do you have any ideas in mind yet?
A6: Our wedding colors were very simple black, silver, and white. The bridesmaids wore simple black dresses and the groomsmen wore black suits. Half of the centerpieces were vases with water, marbles, and floating candles and the other half were hydrangea floral arrangements. We got married on a Friday, October 11, 2019. We had a small-ish wedding with about 130 guests. It was a very good time!
