Client Questionnaire
Q1: Let’s start at the beginning. How did you two first meet?
A1: My fiance and I met on Instagram! He messaged me because we had mutual friends and we had our first date at Pete’s in Garland, Texas. My best friend ended up coming to “spy/check on me” as if she was just already eating there and little did we know that they knew each other and went to school together! My fiance Chris, is from New Orleans and loves the New Orleans Saints. I am from Dallas and I love the Dallas Cowboys! It was so funny because we did not even plan it and we wore our favorite shirts with our favorite teams on them and it was NOT even planned!
Q2: What makes your relationship special? Tell us some things that you both value in your time together. (example: pushing each other to new limits, love to travel, huge comic book fans, foodies, etc.) What makes your relationship unique?
A2: Our relationship is definitely one of a kind! We share the same passions. We love God and always put him first! We also believe that when you are in a relationship whether you are dating, serious, etc., you should “Never Stop Dating”! Chris and I love to explore, travel and try new places! We both love Downtown Dallas and we love taking a stroll on scooters through Dallas. I just love that we are so adventurous and we never have a dull moment when we are with each other! We are always pushing each other to do the best we can at anything that we do! We both collect Pops by Funko company! We have a huge display case. We love to thrift together and find new cool things!
Q3: How did you know your partner was the one? When did you first know this in your relationship? (these may often be the same moment, but aren’t always)
A3: I knew my partner was the one because awhile back when he was playing arena football in Kansas, he was making 8-hour trips to see me and surprise me. Anytime that I would get sad and tell him I miss him, he would literally show up at my door. He moved back to Dallas, Texas about two months after doing a long-distance relationship and he said he just missed me too much to continue playing ball. It also did not turn out how he planned. He has been there for me through everything. He never ceases to amaze me. This past Valentine’s Day he showed up at my school and surprised me and my class with candy and a huge bear! My fiance has been through a lot and he was even a victim in Hurricane Katrina. He moved here from New Orleans back in 2005 and lost everything he had even some of his family and friends! He is the most respectful, kind, and genuine man! You would never believe he has faced so much at such a young age!
Q4: Give us all the details about the proposal. How and where did it happen? Was it a surprise? What was the planning process?
A4: It was on New Years of 2018! My fiance took me out to eat for dinner in Dallas and then he wanted to take me to see the firework show at the Reunion Tower in Dallas! We had a blast! Little did I know that I would be saying, YES at midnight! How it happened: My fiance pulled into a parking lot” where everyone was for the firework show” it was in front of the Reunion Tower! The countdown had just begun. As I was recording the Ball at the top of the Reunion Tower…fireworks started going in the sky from the ball. I starting counting down…I said, “Babe…come on! 10, 9, 8…I did not know that he was getting the ring and the wine ready! I said, “Hurry, you have to see this…5, 4, 3, 2, 1….and right when I thought it couldn’t get any better he said, “Jamie turn around look at thissss….” on 1 I turned around and he was kneeling on one knee saying, “Jamie Marie Jones, will you marry me?” Guys, I lost it!! I could not even believe it! I said, “YES, Chris!” That is how my New Years started!
Q5: We’re all about the bling… Tell us all about that ring!
A5: My beautiful ring is absolutely amazing! I know a lot of girls like to pick out there ring…However, I wanted my man to pick it out himself and surprise me!!!!!!! He did an amazing job!
Q6: Are you excited to start planning your wedding day? Do you have any ideas in mind yet?
A6: We are already pretty much done with our wedding planning! The best thing about it is that Chris and I have worked together on our planning and we just enjoy doing it together! We have had so much fun. Who wouldn’t love planning the biggest day ever with your future husband! When we first met and became serious in our relationship we told each other we wanted to get married in a chapel! Well, guess what…WE ARE! My dream is coming true!
