A Washington DC Surprise Proposal

Zana and Louise met many years ago in middle school in Zimbabwe. Louise left Zimbabwe in 2004 to continue with high school in Nairobi. While away, Zana and Louise’s best friend developed a friendship that would later lead her right back to Zana. In 2012, Louise’s best friend invited her out for what would later be remembered as one of their most eventful nights in D.C. Zana and Louise finally got to squash their “dance rivalry”, and got to really know one another as friends. They kept in touch from that point on and the rest is history. They’ve  been together since October 2013.
