Miami Art District Engagement Session (Miami, Fl)

As told by Cortiella Photography: Bright colors, towering buildings, and the buzz of The Miami Design District – that’s what we had in store for us throughout Choumate and Berthony vibrant engagement session back in July. Choumate and Berthony met in 2005, it was love at first sight according to Berthony.  The beautiful bride to be Choumate shared with that Berthony proposed on December 31 one minute before midnight and asked her to promise him that they will see a lifetime together. Choumate said, He actually proposed after having a late snack at Denny’s! Berthony is an Artist so what a perfect location to do a photo session in the heart of Miami Art District. We hit the bustling streets of Miami, FL and I am so excited that we were able to use notable Art Murals as a backdrop, along with another notable structure, such as the art murals located at the Wynwood Walls! These two were full of energy, and I love that they wore classy outfits for the session. It was the perfect complement to the colorful, electric art backgrounds we were working with throughout the shoot. Choumate and Berthony told me that they were shy and nervous and had never taken professional pictures. Yeah Right! These two love birds were rockstars during their photo session that I nickname them my GQ models. Just look at that chemistry, those colors & their expressions! These two are going to be so much fun to photograph on their wedding day in October! Can’t wait!
