Q: How did you two meet? And what was your first date?
A: We met online and considered ourselves truly blessed to have met one another. Our first date was at Bar Louie’s at Woodland Mall in Gand Rapids, MI on a Friday night.
Q: How did he propose?
A: Rodney proposed to Care on Christmas Day 2016 in front of her family and friends during a “What we are grateful for” session as everyone went around the room.
Q: What did you each wear to your session? Where did you get your outfits? Did you get your hair and or makeup done? If so by who?
A: Care wore a pink halter high-low dress and a Burgundy/wine aline dress and pearls. Rodney wore dark denim, a pink and blue patterned shirt and a cream shirt for the second look. Care purchased her looks from Burlington Coat Factory and Amazon! Rodney purchased his looks from JC Penny and Burlington. Care did her own hair and makeup as she is a love of all things style and beauty.
Q: What kind of look were you going for?
A: We were going for a “relaxed formal” look where most of the attention was on Love and not too much of the formality of our looks.
